Liz possesses over 22 years experience in the hospitality and catering, beauty, management, retail and distribution sectors, including 16 years as a successful owner, operator and is also a qualified and experienced 'stand up' commercial trainer, NVQ assessor, internal and external verifier covering a diverse range of competencies.

A consummate professional, committed to the task in hand and capable of thinking sideways to get the job done.  She has the rare ability to talk to a person at their level, whether she is assessing a candidate on the shop floor in her hob nailed boots or attending a meeting with a CEO in her finest suit.  Down to earth, with a great sense of humour, Liz can be delightfully dizzy at times but don't be fooled by her playful behaviour - she is one smart cookie who knows exactly what she is doing!

With a huge knowledge base of qualification structures and funding availabilities, Liz is the key liaison between all our training delivery partners, organizations and support teams and personally oversees every single contract from start to finish.

With over 33 years specifically in the construction sector and 27 years business experience as a successful owner, operator, Andy provides the focus required to keep Biz E Bodies moving forward in the right direction.

An astute businessman, strong leader and visionary with an excellent 'all round' skill set, Andy is straight forward in his approach often 'masterminding' really efficient methods of getting the job done but in the most effective, yet uncomplicated way for the benefit of our clients.

As the only 'non trainer' in our team, Andy serves as a constant reminder to keep our training jargon to a minimum (we sometimes get a little carried away!) and our information and marketing activities, clear and concise.

With over 17 years experience in the food and drink, retail and management sectors, including 7 years business experience as a successful owner, operator, Karl is also a qualified 'stand up' commercial trainer, and an active NVQ assessor and internal verifier.

Karl has a fun and friendly personality a great sense of humour and is extremely easy to get along with.  He is supremely organized, knowledgeable in all areas of funding and delivery and possesses excellent people and communication skills.

Karl (with the assistance of Phil) leads the UK support team and does a truly fantastic job in dealing with telephone enquiries and attending support meetings with organizations to ascertain training needs required.

Boasting over 42 years experience within the sales and management sectors, including 17 years as a successful owner, operator, Phil is a qualified and experienced 'stand up' commercial trainer, and an active NVQ assessor, internal and external verifier.

Phil has a dry sense of humour coupled with infectious wit and is a 'fierce' negotiator with an 'all round' skill set.  Phil never ceases to amaze us with his completely 'random' breadth of knowledge ranging from a specific machine part utilized in textile manufacturing to the chain of custody on wood imports for timber merchants (we don't know where he gets it all - but he certainly keeps us amused, entertained and on our toes!).

Phil (with the assistance of Karl) heads the UK support team, and does an equally fantastic job with the dealing of enquiries from UK businesses requiring information and/or intervention.

The oldest and wisest member of our team, Bobbie possesses over 47 years experience in the retail, hospitality and catering, textile and health care sectors, including 3 years successful business experience and is also a qualified and experienced group trainer, NVQ assessor, internal verifier and APL advisor (accredited prior learning).

With an endearing personality and wise words to boot, Bobbie touches the hearts of everyone she meets. Bobbie is an integral member of the sign up and induction team.
